Highland Kings is a Scottish studio that turns history, heritage and imagination into wearable art. Born in Lanarkshire and handcrafted for the world, we create bold, modern family crests, shields and banners inspired by real heraldry and beautiful design. Our pieces are made for people who want to wear their name with pride, tell a story on a tee or jacket, or give a gift that feels personal and permanent.

Our craft

We blend traditional heraldic principles with contemporary design. Every crest is carefully composed, colours, symbols and banners are chosen to capture the spirit of a surname and the stories that sit behind it. Designs are produced as high resolution vector artwork so they look sharp on everything from tees and mugs to framed prints and accessories.

How we work

Most Highland Kings designs are available across print on demand platforms to keep production sustainable and global. We also bring selected designs into the real world with small batch 3D printed and resin cast pieces from our Team Bearclaws workshop. If you want something truly unique, try our Design Your Own Crest service, a fully custom crest created for you and ready for print for a one time fee of £25.
